ODESSA - A baby was involved in a DWI crash in Odessa on Monday afternoon.

When Odessa Police arrived at the wreck on Second Street and Meadow, they discovered three adults and a baby.

A car crashed into a telephone pole and the lines landed on the road.

Twenty-year-old Courtney Williams was arrested for DWI with a child under 15-years-old. Police say Williams also had no drivers license, no proof of insurance, and ran a red light.

Police also arrested 21-year-old Cody Johnson for Tampering with Physical Evidence and Possession of Marijuana. Witnesses saw Cody remove a plastic bag from the vehicle right after the accident, to try and hide it. Police say the bag contained marijuana.

A third person was hurt and had to be hospitalized.
