ECTOR COUNTY - One person is dead following a fiery crash on I-20 and Penwell early Thursday morning.

D-P-S officials tells us a driver was traveling the wrong way on the Eastbound lanes of I-20. At the same time, there were two 18-wheelers traveling side by side on the Interstate.

The driver traveling the wrong way, hit one of the 18-wheelers on the inside lane. That semi then struck the 18-wheeler traveling next to it. Both hit the guardrail and landed in the median.

The impact started a fire. Four people were taken to the hospital, including two men and two women in the 18 wheelers.

The person in the passenger vehicle, 30-year-old Tiffany Moore, died in the accident.
