MIDLAND - Stylish living is coming to downtown Midland.
On Tuesday, the City Council announced a project that will include building lofts in the heart of downtown.
The Main Street Lofts will hold 108 units, along with retail and public space.
The four story building will house one to two bedroom units and will be built on Main and Wall Street which is just down the street from the planned Energy Tower that will stand 53 stories high.
There has already been a lot interest surrounding this newest project to revitalize downtown.
Construction will begin in July and should take nine to 12 months to complete.
