One man in critical condition after his motorcycle collided with pickup

Amarillo, TX - One man is in critical condition after his motorcycle collided with a pickup at 3rd and Arthur Monday morning.

The accident happened at 2:05 when the driver of the pickup was turning onto Arthur.

That's when the motorcyclist hit the back of the truck and was thrown off his bike.

Amarillo police say that the motorcycle was traveling at a high rate of speed.

The pickup driver was not injured.
