BALMORHEA - A two car accident sends multiple people to the hospital in Balmorhea.

The accident happened on Saturday afternoon.

DPS officials tell NewsWest 9, three people were taken to the hospital in unknown condition.

Troopers were at the hospital gathering information.

The crash is under investigation.
