ODESSA - An oil and gas company is closing their Odessa facility meaning a number of people could be losing their jobs.
Weir Oil and Gas tells NewsWest 9 that they are closing their manufacturing facility in Odessa.
90 employees are being affected.
The company says those employees will be provided with a transition package.
There are also relocation opportunities.
Production will be moved to the main weir manufacturing campus in Fort Worth.
Officials say this is part of a number of operational changes being made to the company.
They blame the closure on a prolonged downturn in pressure pumping markets.
