ODESSA - More details have been released regarding the oil spill that shut down Moss Road in Odessa on Friday afternoon.
The spill started on the frontage road next to Interstate 20 and continued on to Moss Road.
Very low radioactivity levels were detected in the oil but it wasn't enough to endanger anyone.
The fire department tells NewsWest 9, a truck was leaking oil and that the driver might have spilled the oil on purpose.
Crews did cover up the road with dirt to absorb the oil spill.
Charges on the driver are pending.
