MIDLAND - The civil lawsuit case against Union Pacific will stay in Midland.
The railroad company is accused in the train crash that killed four veterans on a parade float.
Meanwhile, the National Transportation Safety Board will be giving the victims' lawyer videos and other material from the tragedy.
The agency had previously denied access to them.
Attorney Kevin Glasheen told NewsWest 9 that material is crucial to prepare for the case before the trial starts on April 14, 2014.
The videos will not be made available to the public.
