BIG SPRING - The old Hall Bennett Hospital building in Big Spring went up in flames Wednesday night.
The fire sparked up around 7:30 p.m. and continued for at least three hours.
Two firefighters were sent to the hospital for strain injuries.
Big Spring Fire Marshall, Carl Condray says the flames itself were contained to the second floor and had broken through into the attic area and roof.
The cause is still under investigation.
