MONAHANS - A West Texas substitute teacher has been arrested for having an inappropriate relationship with a student.

Caryn Millan turned herself in last Friday to Monahans Police.

She's charged with improper relationship between an educator and a student under the age of 21.

We're told Millan worked for the Monahans-Wicket-Pyote School District.

Police say they became aware of the situation a few weeks ago when a family member spoke out on behalf of one of the victims.

According to the Monahans News, the superintendent said Millan would no longer be substituting after a photo was posted online showing her with teenage boys at a party.

The investigation continues.
