MIDLAND - Survivors of last year's deadly Midland train crash are not happy with Union Pacific.
They're suing the railroad but saying the railroad should not be able to claim that the City of Midland and Midland County are responsible as third parties.
They say Union Pacific hasn't presented facts to support its claim that the city, county and parade organizer should be held responsible.
That's according to the Midland Reporter-Telegram.
Union Pacific has said those entities failed to exercise, "ordinary care" in planning the parade.
