Camp Don Harrington groundbreaking for new dining hall

Amarillo, TX - Boy Scouts from all over the panhandle will soon have a new place to dine.

A groundbreaking will be Monday on a 1.6 million dollar dinning hall at Camp Don Harrington Monday at 4pm.

The hall will seat 260 and will be air conditioned and heated.

Construction will take around 8 months to complete.

The Golden Spread Council serves over 6100 youth.
