Bond has been set for the Stanton rapper accused of trying to bring a 16-year-old girl to Texas for sex.
Charles Martinez, also known as Ereez, was in federal court on Thursday morning.
A judge granted him a $250,000 bond.
He had previously been denied bond for being a flight risk and a danger to the community.
Last month, Martinez was arrested after he met a 16-year-old girl through Facebook and then traveled to Green Bay, Wisconsin to bring her back to Stanton.
He has admitted that he's in love with the girl and had announced their engagement on Facebook.
Martinez is an underground rapper with a considerable following.
