ODESSA - An Odessa man is accused of inappropriately touching a child.
Bond has been set at $10,000 for Raymond Waters.
He's charged with indecency with a child.
Authorities say he engaged in sexual contact by touching the boy's anus to try and arouse him.
We're told the crime happened back in 2004.
