It's a nightmare a young girl says she endured for seven years.
She told officers she was repeatedly raped by a family member.
She said that 42-year-old Brian Arnold attacked her.
He's charged with continuous sexual abuse of a child.
According to Sheriff Gary Painter, Arnold turned himself in on Tuesday.
Sheriff's deputies spoke with the victim who said Arnold started molesting her when she was just nine years old.
If convicted, Arnold could face up to 99 years in prison.
