MIDLAND - We were supposed to learn more on Wednesday about the tragic parade crash in Midland that left four veterans dead.
However, the Midland Grand Jury has pushed the release of the report until April third.
The assistant district attorney previously told NewsWest 9, the report may include some safety recommendations.
Officials tell NewsWest 9, the group that sponsored the parade, "Show of Support," did not seek a permit.
Since the tragic accident, the City of Midland has revised their parade and events ordinance.
The National Transportation Safety Board is still investigating the accident.
