MIDLAND - Police have arrested a Midland man for killing his passenger in a drunk driving accident.
46-year-old Alfred Rice is charged with intoxication manslaughter and intoxication assault.
The accident happened back in November but he was arrested this past Sunday.
Police say Rice had been drinking and ran a stop sign on Lamesa.
He ended up T-boning a car near Walnut Street.
His passenger, 44-year-old Benita Harmon, was killed.
The driver of the other car was taken to the hospital with serious injuries.
