ECTOR COUNTY - The race for the Ector County ISD School Board started on Monday.
Teri Ervin will be running against incumbent Fay C. Batch for position two.
Tom Pace has Doyle Woodall fighting for position four.
Position five will have George Rice and Steve Brown running against incumbent Yollie Wilkins.
Position seven's current holder, Doctor Donnie Norwood, has chosen not to run again leaving the seat open for Yolanda Ramirez, Nelson Minyard or Daniel Sarabia, Junior, to take.
