ODESSA - A driving lesson takes a scary turn after a dad is hit while teaching his son some driving basics.
Odessa Police say the dad was teaching his son how to reverse and was standing on the driver side of the vehicle while the door was open.
We're told the son might've confused the pedals and the car went back, knocking the father to the ground.
Thankfully he only had minor injuries but he was taken to the hospital to be checked out.
