ODESSA - The Great Texas Warrant Roundup kicked off in Odessa on Saturday.
The Odessa Police Department sought out people who had outstanding warrants and they were required to appear at municipal court and pay or be thrown in jail.
Aaronson and Halsell Law Office in Odessa opened up in order to post bond for warrants and represent clients in traffic court.
NewsWest 9 spoke to Judi Hernandez, who is a paralegal, and she says she saw more outstanding warrants this year than she has in a while
The warrant roundup will continue thru next Saturday.
