MIDLAND - A second man accused in a kidnapping and attack at a motel in Midland is now behind bars.
31-year-old Mark Garza was arrested after going to the police department for questioning.
The victim told police he was walking to get groceries when Garza and another man took him to a room at the Metro Inn on Wall Street and beat him up.
Garza claims the victim had been drinking with them before the attack.
That's after the trio got into an argument about former gang affiliations.
Garza is charged with aggravated kidnapping.
