MIDLAND - New affordable housing will be coming to the south side of Midland soon.
It's all thanks to a $3 million loan from the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs.
The money was awarded to Odyssey Residents Holding, who will be building an apartment complex on south Lamesa Road.
It will have 156 units.
32 of them will be set aside for low-income families.
