MIDLAND - A Midland jailer has been fired and charged for sleeping with an inmate.
It reportedly happened last month.
An investigation into 22-year-old Shaquela London began back in December.
That was after word spread that there could be misconduct at the Midland County Detention Facility.
In January, London was questioned and admitted to sleeping with a male inmate in a multi-purpose room two days prior.
She was charged with improper sexual activity with someone in custody.
