ANDREWS COUNTY - An Andrews County grand jury has indicted a woman for the death of a 15 month old toddler.

Mandy Joy McDaniel has been formally charged with capital murder.

The baby died back in December of 2012 in Andrews.

After the sheriff's office and the Texas Rangers teamed up to investigate the case, they turned over the evidence to the grand jury.
