MIDLAND COUNTY - A passenger was killed after a work truck flipped in Midland County on Tuesday night.
The accident happened on FM 1788 and Highway 349 around 9 p.m.
We're told a driver lost control of his truck and it rolled on its side until it hit a metal fence.
The passenger, Jon King, was not wearing a seatbelt and died at the scene.
Officials believe rain was a factor in the crash.
