ODESSA - The trial for a sexual discrimination case against UPS started on Tuesday.
Amber Ibarra is suing the Odessa UPS package center saying she experienced sexual discrimination during the five years she worked there.
Ibarra claims she was subjected to offensive comments from her male co-workers every day.
She was fired after she hopped a curb in her company car and hit a telephone pole.
But Ibarra says it was another form of discrimination and that her male coworkers were allowed to go back to work after getting into worse wrecks.
Ibarra is seeking damages for the money lost during the time she was fired.
