NEAR PINE SPRINGS, TEXAS - A Texas Parks and Wildlife helicopter made a hard landing on Thursday afternoon near the Guadalupe Mountain National Park.
According to Parks and Wildlife Officials, the helicopter made the hard landing five miles southeast of Pine Springs, Texas around 4:30 p.m. CDT.
Officials tell NewsWest 9, a pilot and two Parks and Wildlife biologists were on board the helicopter.
We're told that they were conducting a wildlife mission.
All three men walked away from the landing.
The Federal Aviation Administration will be investigating the hard landing on Friday.
