He tried to run from authorities but a 32-year-old West Odessa man didn't get very far.
Deputies say Pablo Nunez was stopped about two weeks ago for speeding on a motorcycle that didn't have a license plate.
We're told he gave the deputy a fake name and birthday claiming he didn't have his ID on him.
When the name didn't check out, Nunez tried to run.
The deputy used a stun gun on him but that didn't slow him down.
A struggle followed and that's when the deputy was hit in the face with handcuffs.
It also turns out that motorcycle was stolen from Crane County.
