MIDLAND - A Midland County grand jury is planning to release a report next month in connection with a deadly train crash that killed four veterans.
The Assistant District Attorney says the report may include some safety recommendations.
It's expected to be released around the grand jury's next meeting scheduled for March sixth.
You'll remember, the tragedy happened during the "Hunt For Heroes" parade.
Officials say the group that led the event, "Show of Support," did not seek a permit.
On Tuesday, the City of Midland gave final approval to a revised parade ordinance.
The National Transportation Safety Board is still investigating the tragedy.
