ODESSA - More man camps will be popping up in Odessa.
The City Council had to re-word an ordinance so that builders could bring in the workforce housing.
"Workforce housing is something new to our area and so we want to make sure we are correcting our ordinances to be in place for the growth," City of Odessa Public Information Officer, Andrea Goodson, said.
The workforce housing would be located inside the city limits.
