Border Patrol Agents make a big bust. More than two hundred pounds of marijuana were seized.
Big Bend Sector Border Patrol authorities say someone saw a white pickup truck being loaded with large square backpacks just west of Sanderson on Highway 90.
Later, the agents were able to find the truck and made a traffic stop in Fort Stockton and the driver wasn't even trying to hide the drugs.
The large bundles were stacked in the back seat of the truck.
A 35-year old man from Fort Worth and two other illegal immigrants from Mexico were arrested.
According to the indictment on the case, the Dallas-Fort Worth area is a common destination for narcotic and alien smuggling transported through the Big Bend area.
