HOBBS, N.M. - Hobbs is tweaking their ban against synthetic drugs.
They're adding more chemicals to their forbidden list.
That's because manufacturers are constantly changing the formulas to avoid their products being illegal.
City officials are keeping a close watch on what they're trying to substitute in.
They have also declared February to be Synthetic Drug Awareness Month.
