Grand Jury Issues "No Bill" In Kermit Officer Involved Shooting

KERMIT - A Winkler County Grand Jury issued a "no bill" in an officer involved shooting that happened in Kermit on January 24th.
 
The "no bill" means the Grand Jury did not find any evidence to charge the officer. Nicholas Chad Weaver was shot in the abdomen and survived.
 
He's charged with Aggravated Assault Against a Public Servant.
