MIDLAND - We have a scam alert out of Midland.
Several people trying to build their dream homes are being duped and left broke.
Police are looking for 55-year-old Raul Urias.
He's passing himself off as a contractor who builds and remodels homes in the area.
He convinces victims that he can do it at a low cost and construction can be complete in a matter of days.
However, once a substantial down payment is made, he's never heard from again.
Police are looking for Urias and would like to speak with others who may have been fooled by him.
