HOBBS, N.M. - There's a manhunt in Hobbs for a fugitive on the loose.
They're looking for 32-year-old Arturo Jordan who is wanted for kidnapping.
Police tell NewsWest 9 that Jordan is considered dangerous so don't approach him.
