MIDLAND COUNTY - We're learning more about the fatal wreck that happened on Wednesday night in Midland County.
The driver was killed has been identified as 39-year-old Justin Vogel.
The wreck happened on FM 1787, just after six p.m.
Troopers say a semi turned in front of a pickup truck to get onto another road.
We're told Vogel's pickup clipped the back of the semi's trailer causing it to roll over.
Vogel was thrown out of his truck and died at the scene.
The semi driver was not hurt but he was ticketed for failing to yield to the right of way.
