A man on the state's top ten most wanted sex offenders list gives himself up.
43-year-old Juan Gandarilla was arrested by Border Patrol agents in El Paso.
The Fort Worth man said he did not want to be arrested in Mexico.
Gandarilla has been wanted since 2005.
Authorities describe him as a high-risk sex offender with a lengthy criminal history which includes molesting a nine year old girl and failing to register as a sex offender.
Gandarilla is the 6th person from the Texas 10 most wanted fugitives to be caught so far this year.
