MIDLAND - Investigators are still trying to figure out who was at fault for a fatal wreck in Midland.
The crash involved a motorcycle and pickup on Tuesday.
The accident happened at the intersection of Big Spring Street and the Loop 250 Service Road.
Police tell NewsWest 9, the truck was traveling east on the south service road when he slammed into the motorcycle going south on Big Spring.
The motorcyclist, 36-year-old Joe Montemayor from Midland, died in the wreck.
So far no charges have been filed.
A candle light vigil is being held on Wednesday night for Montemayor.
It starts at 7 pm at Your Place Bar off of Wall Street.
