Xcel workers honored

Austin, TX - Xcel Energy employees from Texas and New Mexico were honored Tuesday on the floor of the Texas House of Representatives in Austin.

Richard Miller of Amarillo and Jim Oles of Claude were two area linemen among those recognized from both states.

They have been working to restore power in New York since hurricane Sandy hit in early November. 
  
State representative, Four Price was present as several supervisors were recognized.
