HOWARD COUNTY - A Howard County man has been indicted for murder after a decision was handed down by a grand jury this week.
Police say Christopher Marquez shot Louis Pena to death at the VFW Hall last October in Big Spring.
It all started as an argument between the two when a gun was pulled.
According to police, Marquez turned the gun on Pena killing him and wounding another.
