ODESSA - The trial for a man accused of murder started on Tuesday in Odessa.

26-year-old Christopher Redic appeared in court for his murder trial.

He's accused of shooting and killing 35 year old Freddie Hall, III, back in December of 2010.

Hall was found lying in the parking lot of the Odessa Motor Inn with a gunshot wound to the chest.

Witnesses saw Redic and hall arguing.

After a while it appeared to calm down but then witnesses claim Redic yelled at hall and started shooting him.

Redic was found two days later in Temple, Texas by U.S. Marshals.
