MIDLAND - Midland Police had to call out a SWAT team to an apartment complex on Tuesday after a fugitive barricaded himself inside.
Authorities were serving a warrant for 36-year-old Richard Bailey.
He surrendered to them shortly after they arrived without any trouble.
Bailey was originally facing charges of conspiracy and possession with intentions to distribute cocaine.
