NEAR SEMINOLE - A two-car accident just west of Seminole killed one person and sent two others to the hospital.

It happened on Sunday around 4 a.m.

Authorities say 25-year-old Wilhelm Zacharias was going north on County Road 30 and ran the stop sign at Highway 62.

That's when he hit another car, injuring 32-year-old Chevis Thompson and 20-year-old Kayla Jenkins.

Both were taken to Seminole Memorial Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

Zacharias was pronounced dead at the scene.

Authorities are still investigating the cause of the wreck and say that alcohol may have been a factor.
