Clovis, New Mexico - The Curry County Grand Jury indicts two men for armed robberies in Clovis.
24 year old Daniel Murrell and 20 year old Terrill Smolar are being held in the Curry County Adult Detention Center for their involvement in the January 2nd and January 4th Clovis robberies.
61 year old Joe Garcia was treated and released from the hospital for a head injury he received in the second robbery.
Two days after being released, Garcia passed away. The cause of his death is under investigation.
Murrell faces up to 36 years in prison if convicted, and Smolar could face up to 12.
