ODESSA - There are just some things a child should never witness and that's what got an Odessa couple arrested.
Roxanne Losoya and her boyfriend were charged after they allowed a child to witness them having sex.
Police found out when they were booking her boyfriend, Christopher George, for traffic charges.
George allowed police to look through his cell phone and they found the sex video.
Police say a child could be seen in the video watching them have sex.
According to the criminal report, they never attempted to get the child out of there.
