ODESSA - A junior high school in Odessa had to go without phone or Internet.

Parents of Hood Junior High students got an alert about the outage on Tuesday.

School officials tell NewsWest 9, the loss of service was because of an issue with AT&T.

Their phone and Internet service was restored on Wednesday.

Hood Junior High wasn't the only one having phone and Internet problems.

Students at UTPB's main campus were also having trouble accessing the web.

The university also uses AT&T to provide their services.

At this time, their phone and Internet has not been restored yet.
