A former West Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission officer is accused of secretly videotaping his stepdaughter.
That's according to the Dallas Observer.
50-year-old Martin Herrmann was arrested last month for improper photography and visual recording in Fort Worth.
An investigation was launched last march, when his 24-year-old step daughter made some astonishing accusations.
She said a pen that belonged to Herrmann kept popping in the bathroom and her bedroom, repeatedly.
Turns out, they were recording devices.
She also found out that Herrmann had installed a motion detector in her room that was also recording her.
Herrmann is a former TABC officer for the Midland/Odessa area.
