BREWSTER COUNTY - A gun scam in Brewster County.
The sheriff's office tells NewsWest 9, people are going around claiming to be representatives of pro-gun lobby groups.
They claim they need your money to help put a stop to the gun ban in Washington.
These criminals use e-mails, ads, phone calls and YouTube videos to get to you.
The sheriff's office says to check out any organization that contacts you about this online before you give them money.
