Fairgrounds Road Reopens After Early Morning Rollover Accident in Midland

MIDLAND - Fairgrounds Road in Midland has been reopened after a major accident on Friday morning and police blame a drunk driver.

Officers say a car lost control, rolled over and damaged a few power lines around 3 a.m.

The driver was thrown out and taken to the hospital, along with the passenger.

We're told both had non-life threatening injuries.

Authorities say alcohol and not using seatbelts were factors in this crash.
