ODESSA - Odessa Police are also trying to track down a gunman after a shooting on Thursday night.
They went to check out a call on the 900 block of Snyder around 6 p.m.
They were told a large group of people were there with guns.
Shortly after that, police got another call about gunfire three blocks over on Seminole Street.
Everyone had taken off by the time police arrived.
During their investigation, police learned 22-year-old Niguel Johnson was taken the hospital by his family after getting shot in the arm.
Johnson told police he was playing basketball on Seminole Street when he was hit by a bullet.
A black ford pick-up was seen leaving the area.
